KREO Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the KREO software-as-a-service offered by Moneyinteractive di Vio Diego (“Moneyinteractive”), Via Carlo Goldoni 13/4, 35049 Santa Caterina d'Este (PD), Italy. Contact: [email protected]. Effective: 26 October 2026.

1. Service

KREO provides business tools for customer files, quotes, communications (including optional Gmail / Microsoft mailbox connection via OAuth), integrations, and optional AI assistance. Features available to you depend on your subscription and tenant settings.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You may use KREO only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, or use connected mailboxes to send unlawful or unsolicited bulk mail in violation of applicable law.

3. Customer content and mailboxes

You retain rights to content you upload or sync into KREO. You grant Moneyinteractive a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. If you connect Google or Microsoft mail, you authorize KREO to access mailbox data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts.

4. AI features

Optional AI outputs may be inaccurate. You must review them before relying on them for business, legal, or customer communications. AI providers are chosen by Moneyinteractive as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

KREO software, branding, and documentation remain property of Moneyinteractive or its licensors. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses (see licenses).

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyinteractive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made solely on AI-generated content. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the commercial contract. Upon termination, access ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy and any contractual exit terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to the customer. Courts of Padua (PD) have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
